To ensure each wedding cake is given the attention it deserves, I only take on a limited number of weddings each month therefore peak wedding season dates can book up quickly. I recommend to enquire as soon as possible, preferably at least 9-12 months before your big day. I do sometimes have late availability so it is always worth asking.
Once you have set your date and chosen your venue, fill out my enquiry form with your date and venue and I will check my availability. From there I will ask you some questions about your guest numbers, wedding style and design ideas to get a feel for your wedding day vision. If you would like to move forward with your booking, you can secure your date in my diary with an £80 non-refundable booking fee which is deducted from your final balance. The outstanding balance is due four weeks before your wedding day.

Around 4-6 months before your wedding, I will be in touch to arrange a consultation with you either via email or Zoom. During this we will discuss cake size, flavours, style of cake, colour scheme, design details and logistical details for delivering your cake. To design your cake, I take inspiration from any images you send, your colour palette, season, flowers, invites, your dress, venue or anything else that may be relevant to create something that fits in with your day and perfectly reflects you as a couple.
After your consultation I will then email you an order confirmation and sketch (if required) based on what we have discussed. We can then tweak it together until we are happy with the final design.
Prior to your wedding day, I will contact your wedding coordinator, florist and stylist (if required) to coordinate timings for delivering your cake. On the day I will then personally deliver and set up your cake at your venue ensuring everything is perfect before you see it for the first time as newlyweds!

All wedding cakes provided by The Willow Tree Bakery are delivered and set up at your venue by me.
Delivery is charged at 45p per mile for the return journey plus travel time. The cost for delivery will be included in your quote.

When planning your wedding, one of the best bits is the cake tasting! My cake taster boxes include up to five different flavours, chosen by you from my menu and are posted to you to enjoy at home.
They are £30 per box if you would like to sample before booking (redeemable against your final balance). If you know you would like me to make your cake, one box is included in your £80 booking fee (redeemable against your final balance).
